BACKGROUND
William (Bill) Pergolini is the Founder and Principal of Audientis, LLC. Bill has over 35 years of experience in the total wealth management sector, with particular expertise in securities and real estate markets, personal investment strategies, estate tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and financing. Bill consistently ensures the long-term viability of multi-million-dollar portfolios, with a focus on servicing the complete needs of high net worth individuals and wealthy families.

Since founding Audientis in 2002, Bill has worked with some of the wealthiest individuals and families in the United States. He also serves as a principal for several real estate companies specializing in capital and commercial development, real estate syndication, and bankruptcy restructuring and management.

Aside from his professional achievements, Bill has a passion for philanthropy. He serves on the Board of Trustees at the Center for the Visually Impaired. In 2015, Bill founded the non-profit, Through Gia’s Eyes Foundation, to help families with children suffering from vision impairment and get the help and devices they need to help their children live an independent life with dignity.
